Large-capacity Oil-immersed Transformers

Features

  • Fully sealed with a separate conservator tank to accommodate oil expansion and contraction due to temperature changes.


  • Can be customised for critical environmental conditions, e.g. high altitudes (>1000 m), extreme ambient temperatures (−45 °C to +40 °C).


  • The iron cores are constructed from high-quality, cold-rolled, grain-oriented (CGRO) silicon steel. The limbs are coated with polyurethane varnish and cured for enhanced insulation and durability.


  • The windings are made from oxygen-free copper (OFC), with an optimized winding pattern that enhances short-circuit resistance.


  • The design incorporates effective support at the winding ends, further enhancing the winding’s short-circuit resistance.

Amorphous core variation

  • Core made of amorphous alloy, resulting in 75% to 80% lower no-load losses than those of traditional silicon steel cores.


  • Less heat dissipation and temperature rise.


  • Suitable for industrial and mining sites operating on a multi-shift schedule with a load factor between 50% and 80%.


  • The low-voltage winding adopts a foil-winding structure, offering strong short-circuit resistance.


  • Adopts a Dyn11 connection group, reducing harmonic impact on the power grid and improving power quality.


  • Strong overload capacity, excellent corrosion resistance, high safety and reliability with low maintenance costs.
