By accessing or using edisonic.com.au (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase Goods/Services from Edisonic Energy (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

• “Client”: The person or entity purchasing Goods/Services.
• “Goods”: Electrical equipment, devices, or products (e.g., transformers, solar panels, inverters, laser etching machines).
• “Services”: Support, training, installation, or other services provided by us.
• “Order”: A request for Goods/Services submitted via the Site or other channels.

• Goods are described accurately on the Site. Minor variations in colour, design, or specifications may occur.
• Technical specifications (e.g., laser power ratings) comply with AS/NZS IEC 60825.1 (Laser Safety) where applicable.

• All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping costs (if any) are provided in formal quotes.

• Payment is required in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, or approved purchase orders.

• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain issues) do not entitle cancellation or compensation.
• Shipping is via trusted carriers.

• Risk passes to the Client upon delivery.
• Ownership of Goods remains with Edisonic Energy until full payment is received.

• Goods come with a 2-year warranty against defects (unless stated otherwise). Exclusions:
  • Damage from misuse, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Consumables (e.g., batteries, laser tubes).

• Our Goods/Services come with guarantees under the ACL (e.g., acceptable quality, fitness for purpose).
• For major failures, you are entitled to a refund/replacement. For minor issues, we will repair or replace at our discretion.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect Goods. Returned Goods must be unused, in original packaging.

• To the extent permitted by law:
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., lost profits).
  • Total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the Goods/Services.
• Liability for death, personal injury, or fraud is not excluded.

• All content on the Site (e.g., logos, text, images) is owned by Edisonic Energy or licensed to us.
• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without prior written consent.

• Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
